REI Imminent!

My REI will be opening soon! Sadly, I won’t even be in California when it opens. In fact, I couldn’t be much farther away from it and still be in the continental United States when it opens (I will be in Virginia). Maine. I could be in Maine. That would be farther. I am elated that they are opening a store near me; I am bummed I won’t be there.

If anyone wants to get me a big surprise while I am gone, score me one of those limited edition t-shirts! I’ll bring you back a post card.

Can I go? To Virginia that is. Is there room in the Es-cap-ay?

Would REI be the source of those sporty hiking sandals Miranda was wearing today? Something in my brain won’t allow hiking and sandals to be combined.

HECK YES! Keen sandals and shoes are one of the most distinctive footwear brands on the market today. Keen started out making protective sandals used in sailing. Those sandals was so successful it prompted Keen to create a line of waterproof performance shoes geared to the outdoorsman. Keen Sandals and Shoes are now some of the hottest selling footwear on the market. The unmistakable look of Keen footwear is hard to match. Try a pair today!

The Newport is the foundation of the Keen footwear line. Designed to perform in the adverse conditions of a marine environment, the razor sipped outsole and 3mm lugs provides excellent traction both on land and on the slick surfaces of boat decks or river rocks. The Keen Newport is a true hybrid, the waterproof nubuck upper withstands the abuse of saltwater and dirt, while providing supple comfort and a stylish look. Because of the Newport’s fit, function and flair it is always the first Keen style to sell out from season to season.

Shouldn’t there be quotes around that response, Mr. Lordleiter, to avoid accusations of plagiarism? (I feel that response had an appropriate amount of sass, don’t you?)
