Surfaid Emergency Relief Fund for Padang Earthquake

SurfAid has set up an Emergency Response Appeal to help the people of Padang who were affected by the 7.6 earthquake of September 30th. (Surfaid is a great organization set up by surfer/physician Dr. Dave Jenkins.  The aim of Surfaid is to combat deadly, preventable diseases in areas frequented by surfers.)

I’m sure you’ve seen the video and pictures that have come out of this tragedy.  Thanks to the power of the Internet, a little bit goes a long way.

    I am working for IIWC and i wonder if it is possible to apply for funding with Surfaid/ work together with Surfaid, in order to set up an international volunatry project in Padang or surrounding,
