Combustion Immanent

Wacky things are afoot in the county that is orange. Taube lent me The Da Vinci Code to read the other day. Since beginning reading it two very odd things have occurred and now I am getting the fear.

First, John Paul II is mentioned several times in the first few chapters of the book. After those chapters, I turned on the television only to find that JP2 had passed. Somewhat weird, right? Not Earth shattering or anything, but still…weird.

The second day I was reading this book, the movie “Mona Lisa Smile” came on one of my movie channels. LInk up there – Mona Lisa…painted by da Vinci, get it? That is not the weird part though. The weird part is that I WATCHED IT!

So, I am nearing the end of the book now and am fairly certain I will burst into flames for my heresy at any moment. This may be my last Lordleiter.com entry so let declare this before I go:
